  Very clean with good parking and some of it is in the shade. Watch out for the tramps on the entrance [they do not come into the car park]. Anyway well stocked shop with everything you could want and good special offers too.

  Nice layout. Fruit and veg good quality and reasonably priced as is the hams cheese and yogurts. Their own brand Cien is also excellent. Good range of drinkable wines.

  Today I experienced significant discourtesy from a Lidl check-out assistant. As she threw cans of beer into the bagging area, one burst, spraying beer everywhere. 'Señora!' she exclaimed, as if I was to blaim! I helped her clear up the mess. I then suggested I put one of the as yet unscanned cans of beer in my bag to replace the broken one (already scanned). She said no, she would take it off the bill. I said ok. After I paid, I checked my bill and she had not taken off the ruptured can. I told her and she claimed she had, though my receipt showed otherwise. She snatched the receipt from my hand. In shock at her rudeness, I said in English, ' Manners! Don't snatch!' She apparently didn't understand. She asked a colleague to bring a replacement can of beer (without consulting me) and when this appeared, I said 'Gracias'. She then slammed my receipt onto the counter. I did not immediately pick it up, but looked her in the eye, communicating my displeasure at her conduct. She waved her arm at the receipt. What a discourteous employee! I should have immediately asked for the libro de quejas, but as I am not in the habit of complaining, I didn't think of this until I had left the shop. This woman urgently needs more training. If there's so much as a hint of inappropriate behaviour from her next time I go to Lidl, she will be identified in the libro de quejas. A verg unpleasant experience. Disgraceful behaviour on the part of the employee.
